@Ru-bee I am sure I speak for everyone on the forums when I say thank you and well done for all the work you have done for the newsletter.

You are amazing! 🫂

Re: SANE Voices Newsletter - Edition #2

@ENKELI While it might be fun to take all the credit of putting it together, it was a team effort and @rav3n particularly put in a whole lotta work making sure everything got followed up and brought together! Also, really we're just doing the small stuff, everyone who submits contributions are doing the real leg work!

Re: SANE Voices Newsletter - Edition #2

@Ru-bee thanks for letting me know @rav3n was also a tireless soldier. The whole Sane team and members who are involved need to pat themselves on the back ❤️

Re: SANE Voices Newsletter - Edition #2

Wonderful newsletter #2

Well done @Ru-bee , @rav3n and everyone who contributed to the content of the newsletter

Re: SANE Voices Newsletter - Edition #2

Hi @Ru-bee and others here. Thanks for producing and publishing the new magazine SANE Voices newsletter. I love it! A big shout out to all forum members who contributed to this edition of the newsletter - what a great range of topics focused on mental health and recovery!

Thanks for also publishing my submissions on Knitting and Mental Health and the beanie pattern, including the photo of the finished beanie using the pattern. It has come out really well and I’m proud that I now have something published which I hope could make a difference to someone experiencing mental health issues. By publishing my article, you have restored my confidence and ability to write and that is very special to me- have had issues with family members who begrudged my writing abilities in the past and didn’t like to see me achieve anything in this area for some unknown reasons- so thank you!

Once again, thank you for allowing me to contribute to the newsletter and making me feel very happy and valued.

Take care.

@Ru-bee @rav3n    Guess for the zoomed in picture

Cardboard tubes (from inside toilet paper/cling wrap etc)

Re: SANE Voices Newsletter - Edition #2

@Judi9877 reading that has put the biggest smile on my face 😁 Thank YOU for your awesome piece!

Re: SANE Voices Newsletter - Edition #2

Fantastic newsletter! Great work by all the contributors.

I love all the visual metaphors for recovery, but in particular -

Recovery 1, symbolising resilience and the beauty of thriving in tough circumstances

Recovery 2, representing embracing imperfections and finding strength in the cracks

The close-up image activity - are the innards of toilet rolls?

Looking forward to the next newsletter, thank you!
