Macadamias about dearest nuts as well  @SmilingGecko  pistachios poss `1/4 price and are nice in icecream, had so w salt, honey and yoghurt recently was really good

I put pistacchios in my parsnip low carb 'potato mash' @TAB Yes macadamias are around the same price as most nuts but you can get smaller bags of pistacchios! I've got to make some frittata today to use up vegetables. Feeling less sluggish than what i was this morning. I think @StuF agreed about these rotten meds slowing us down
