I'm glad grounding has been helpful @Captain24 I'm hoping you can enjoy the party for Pix today
Worry time can help as we can choose a time during the day, maybe 15 or 20 minutes where we allow ourselves to sit down and process our worries. If you have worries come up during the day you can note them down and then try to let the worry go for the time being, knowing that you can revisit it later on (grounding can be helpful here too). Then when it is worry time set a timer and choose a space that isn't somewhere you usually like to relax, and allow yourself to think about your worries. Consider if there are any solutions that you could work through today, maybe there aren't right now and that's okay, you can continue to consider those worries the next time. When the time is up try to get up and do something to bring out of your worry time, again could be grounding or another activity that is engaging.
There's a bit more info on it here if it sounds like something that you'd like to try

Party is done and mum and dad have gone. @Ru-bee.
Mum gave Pix a bone as a present so her and Jett are chewing on a bone eat and leaving me alone!
Worry time sounds good. I might try it. Anything to see if it can help. I feel a little less paranoid after the distraction of lunch and the little party. It was kinda like grounding as my focus was on the dogs and that Pix had a good time.

She was really happy as she had hot chips for lunch @rav3n. She loves her food. They all have fun. Just different treats to normal. Next birthday is Jett in October.

I’m really tired so I’m going to have a sleep. @Ru-bee. I thought eating better was supposed to be to make me less tired. It doesn’t seem to be working. I guess I’ve been putting myself under a lot of mental stress though.
I did do all the house work and changed all my bed linen this morning. Plus go food shopping so I have achieved a lot while feeling so paranoid,
