Why is it so hard for them to have a tiny little blurb of each patient @Jynx ? I’m not calling to introduce myself to them and give my life story. I am in no ways in the head space for that and have very little capacity. Just help me

@Bow I know this may not be helpful right in this moment but maybe that's something you can say to them next time, like 'You should have a file for me, I do not have capacity to tell you these details right now'
Maybe at some point you could write a few lil sentences down that can help you communicate your support needs during those times when the brain fog is too thick for you to find the words in the moment. Happy to help give some ideas or could be worth going through with your team, so they are on the same page too!
