Yamaha are not a bad brand ... least its not Aeroguard. Mum had Yammie grandpiano which I played a lot for 20 years when I visited her, and my son played it. I had a Yammie motorbike ... almost the same ... yeah?? No way thought my moeder!

OMG ... re 2nd post ... My eyesight is that bad I did not see it... and I am not scrolling back to have a looksee. We should not have to get too paranoid about it ...

mate had a yamaha years ago was terrible to play, needed steel fingers @Appleblossom this model supposed to be beginner special. too good for me lol strings seem light , but feels ok, might swap top 3 for extra bass at some stage

Not a fan of steelstrings ... cos of sore fingers ... @TAB gotta be tuff.

Great you are doing a bit of strumming or picking ... or do you have a slide??

just vaguely getting fingers moving again , 30 years since last tried this AB .. @Appleblossom trying to remember open chords , can only remember 1 thing of like 4 that used to play around with but thats easy to replicate as know what songs were plus dont have to buy magazines to get tab anymore.

was just getting hang of reading music then gave up, lots famous peeps cant anyways

will look for apps to learn once get fingers moving. got some picks, just backs of nails across strings or strum w pick or do my very bad Sunshine of your Love (DDCD etc cant remember paranoid riff, purple haze or peter gunn all i every got to plus simplest open chords ok finger tips sore in 5 mins looked up tab seems upside down and back to front to me lol
