that seems early for work @Meowmy ? terrible night, sorry, hope yours was okay. took supplements to try and help sleep, think gave me energy instead. just waste of money. one said 1tsp and fall asleep,did nothing might try 2 next time(which makes it dear as their doses are all wrong for me ). dont think will get that one again.
