I’m ok hanging in there .. just my mind and thoughts all over the place.

things got really out of hand Wednesday night and now just trying my best to get him to go see someone .. he wants to but is very scared too 

the anger rates are getting a lot worse and then a couple of hours later he breaks down in regret and depression for what he has done

its tough really tough but hopefully I can get him somewhere very soon

Does he trust you to go with him @maloo80 ? Will that help?

I can see how much he wants help, but the first step is the hardest. 

There are others here who can relate to this pattern of behaviour. That is, the explosive anger and then the deep regret..... I myself included. 

While he's willing, I hope he can get the support he needs.
